The Audit

A complete audit of all eight areas, with everything you need to act on the findings yourself.

The Foundation is for founders and practitioners who need a clear, evidence-based picture of their business and a specific plan for improving it. Every deliverable is produced to be used without any further input from us.

What you receive:

A written report: 25 to 30 pages covering all eight areas with findings, evidence, and recommendations.

A one-page messaging document: your refined description of who you serve and why you, ready to use directly.

A competitor map: where you sit relative to the eight to ten competitors we have profiled, and where the gaps are.

A 90-day improvement plan: our top recommendations in sequence, starting with the highest-impact change first.

A 60-minute live handover session: findings presented, questions answered.

A written action summary: four to six pages of prioritized next steps, within 48 hours of handover.

Delivery: 10 business days from completed intake.

Brand Runway

A defined position, the content to carry it, and a six-month plan.

Brand Runway uses the same eight-area framework as our audits, applied to a different question. The audits tell you what to change. Brand Runway changes it.

What you receive:

Phase B: five long-form articles, five carousels, five short-form posts, fifteen supporting pieces

A Growth Report and a six-month roadmap

Day-ten refund gate: if the position isn't right, your payment is refunded in full

Targeted follow-up work, for audit clients.

After your handover, you may want to go deeper on a specific finding. We offer four additional services for clients who have completed a Foundation or Accelerator engagement, available within 90 days of delivery.

We list them here for transparency. They are introduced after your handover, not before, and they are never a precondition for getting full value from your audit. Your engagement is complete on its own.

Website Copy Audit

A structured editorial review of your core pages, assessed against the messaging findings from your audit. Not a rewrite. A specific set of changes, with the evidence behind each one.

Primary Client Research

An independent voice-of-customer study. We design the survey, distribute it to your client list, analyze the responses, and deliver a findings report. Requires a minimum of 15 past or current clients.

Extended Competitor Intelligence

Deep-dive profiles on up to three additional competitors: positioning, pricing, offer structure, and client acquisition approach. Includes a written synthesis identifying where your business has room to move.

Implementation Strategy Session

A structured two to three hour session to work through specific implementation questions arising from your audit. You submit your agenda 48 hours ahead. We arrive prepared. Written summary within 48 hours.

Pricing for additional services is shared during your handover session. All four are fixed-price, not retainer-based.

Common questions before you commit.

The simplest test: are you fixing what is in front of you now, or planning the next phase? Foundation is built for the first. Accelerator for the second. If you are genuinely unsure, apply and we will tell you. No cost, no obligation.

The framework was built for independents and small to medium-sized practices where the founder is closely tied to the business. We serve three verticals: established coaches and consultants, real estate professionals, and small professional services firms (financial advisors, lawyers, architects, accountants). If your business runs on who you are, the audit works. If you run a product business, an agency with staff, or have an in-house marketing department, we are probably not the right fit. Apply and we will tell you honestly.

Roughly two to three hours total. Intake is a 45-minute questionnaire. You grant us read-only analytics access. After that you are not involved again until the live handover: 60 minutes for Foundation, 90 for Accelerator. Everything else happens on our side.

Before intake is submitted: full refund, no questions. Once intake is submitted and research begins, the engagement is non-refundable. We have started the work. If you are paying in three monthly instalments, the same rule applies: your first payment is refundable until intake is submitted, and subsequent payments continue as scheduled once research has begun.

No retainers. No open-ended coaching. No implementation services that run until you ask us to stop. Our audit is a fixed-scope diagnostic. If you want targeted follow-up work after your handover, we offer four defined add-ons, each fixed-price and fixed-scope. That is how we work.
