• Stripe. When you proceed to checkout, Stripe (our payment processor) sets cookies that are strictly necessary to process your payment, detect and prevent fraud, and maintain the checkout session. • Netlify. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies to manage traffic and keep the Site secure.

4.2 Analytics (privacy-first, no cookies)

We use Plausible Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site in aggregate. Plausible is designed to be privacy-respecting and does not use cookies, does not track individual visitors, and does not collect personal identifiers. No consent is required to use Plausible under UK and EU guidance because no personal data is collected and no device identifier is stored.

Plausible collects aggregated metrics such as page views, referring website, approximate country, browser type, and screen size. This data is anonymized and cannot be tied back to an individual. You can read more at plausible.io/data-policy.

5. Do we need your consent?

Under UK law (the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations) and EU law (the ePrivacy Directive), consent is required before setting cookies that are not strictly necessary for the service you have requested. Because:

• our analytics tool (Plausible) does not use cookies and does not collect personal data,
