Ironwood Brands | Independent Brand Audit and Growth Consulting

Build your business

A position you can stand behind. The content to carry it. A six-month plan you can run.

Thirty business days. Everything in writing. Nothing left to figure out.

Brand Runway: $3,980

On day ten you approve the position. If it isn't right, the engagement ends and your payment is refunded in full.

Why Brand Runway

Most practices in your category read the same.

Coaches who all promise clarity. Agents whose listings differ only by the photographer. Firms whose websites describe the same five services in the same order. The work is good. The credentials are real. The language has flattened.

Brand Runway is the work that changes that. We define the lane your business should hold, then build the content and plan that put you in it. The deliverables arrive as files you can publish, not slides you have to translate.

What you receive

Two phases. One delivery.

Phase A is the analysis. Six focused reports culminating in a defined position. Phase B is the build. Five long-form articles, five carousels, five short-form posts, fifteen supporting pieces, a Growth Report, and a six-month roadmap.

The position has to be approved before the build begins. That's how the refund gate works. More on that below.

Phase A, days 1 to 10

The positioning analysis.

Six areas of focus, all pointed at one question: where in your category should this business sit, and why.

Niche and Category Report

Where your market is moving. Where the unoccupied territory sits.

Competitor Analysis

How the eight to ten businesses you are most compared with sound, look, and price.

Language and Search Analysis

The phrases your buyers actually use, set against the phrases your category defaults to.

Audience Report

Who your buyer is. What they search for. Where they currently look.

Visual Identity Snapshot

How you present against the field, examined honestly.

Positioning Recommendation

A one-page document defining your lane, with the evidence behind it.

Day ten: you approve, or you receive a full refund and keep everything delivered to that point.

The day-ten gate

You approve the position, or your payment is refunded in full.

On day ten you receive every Phase A deliverable, including the positioning recommendation. If the direction isn't right for you, the engagement ends. We refund every dollar. You keep all six documents.

This is structural, not a satisfaction guarantee. We don't begin the build until the position is approved. If the foundation is wrong, nothing built on top of it will hold.

Brand Runway is the only engagement at Ironwood Brands with a refund gate of this kind.

Phase B, days 11 to 30

The build.

Once the position is approved, we build the assets that put it to work. Everything in writing. No live workshops. No follow-up calls to interpret what was delivered.

5 long-form articles

800 to 1,000 words each, drafted in your approved voice.

5 carousels

Image direction and copy, sized for LinkedIn and Instagram.

5 short-form posts

200 to 300 words each, ready to publish.

15 supporting pieces

Hooks, openers, subject lines, post prompts. The small pieces that keep a content engine running.

Growth Report and 6-Month Roadmap

Ten specific plays to extend reach and unlock new revenue. The roadmap is structured month by month, by theme and outcome.

Who this is built for

Established practices ready to make a move.

Brand Runway suits coaches, agents, advisors, lawyers, architects, and other operators of small professional firms whose business has matured past its current brand.

  • You're earning between $75K and $250K and have built a real practice.
  • You can hear yourself sounding like the rest of your category.
  • You want to move in a defined window, not a six-month consulting drift.
  • You have a transition coming: a new program, higher rates, a launch, a book, a move from one-to-one to group.
  • You want the work done, not analyzed.
  • You want fixed scope, fixed price, fixed timeline. No retainer. No extensions.

Not the right fit if you're earlier in the question and want to understand the problem first. The Foundation is built for that.
